To start, Peter Palm has been behind the wheel of Volkswagen's Amarok single-cab offering in the Eastern Cape, while Gareth Dean visited Munich, Germany, to drive Jaguar's new 2,2-litre turbodiesel engine that powers the updated XF. Can such a small-capacity engine work in this executive saloon? Another international launch took place in Zurich, Switzerland, where Audi chose to introduce its next entry-level SUV, the Q3. Ian McLaren attended the launch and also got to drive a possible RS version of the Q3, equipped with the 2,5-litre tubocharged petrol engine from the TT RS and upcoming RS3. Audi didn't confirm production of this performance- focused SUV, but we suspect it will eventually form part of the line-up.
