| General Terms and Conditions
Make your reservation 24 hours ahead of time. Rates shown apply only to the time and unlimited mileage charges. And, obviously, you have to meet standard rental qualifications. You might have to pay extra if you are a driver under the age of 25, you cancel or return your rental early or you add days to your rental. Some other things that might cost you extra include taxes, government charges of up to 23%, recoupment fees of up to $2 per day or 6% per rental, airport fees of up to $7 per day or $19 per rental, refueling, additional driver fees, one-way rental charges, and optional items (e.g., CDW Waiver Savers® up to $30 per day). Remember to check your insurance policy and/or credit card for rental vehicle coverage. Don't forget, availability is limited. These offers may change without notice and, unfortunately, blackout dates may apply. Offers are void where prohibited. Weekly rate requires a five-day minimum rental with a 28-day maximum or daily rate applies. Weekend rates require a pickup between 9:00 AM Thursday and 11:59 PM Saturday, and a Saturday night. Vehicle must be returned by pickup time on Monday or higher daily rates apply.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Last Minute Specials: Offer valid for reservations made by July 18, 2011, and picked up by July 26, 2011. One-hour advance reservation required. Not valid for one-way rentals. Maximum rental period is 14 days. Offer may not be combined with any other specials, rates or discounts.
Free Upgrade: Offer is subject to standard rental conditions. Blackout dates may apply. 24-hour advance reservation required. Not valid with any other discount or promotional rate. Void where prohibited. Subject to availability and valid only at participating US and Canadian locations.
Frontier EarlyReturns®: Membership number must be provided at time of reservation or rental. No flight required to earn miles. The car must be rented in member's name to earn mileage. Only one EarlyReturns member per car rental will be credited with miles. Offer valid for rentals at participating Alamo locations worldwide. Tour, travel industry and complimentary rentals do not qualify for mileage awards. Any rental that encompasses the use of either a single car for more than one day or different cars on the same or consecutive days in the same location shall be counted as a single rental, even if the member checks the car in and back out during the same period. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after completed qualifying rental for miles to be posted to your account. Alamo charges a Frequent Traveler Surcharge in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico when renters choose to receive EarlyReturns miles. Alamo collects a Frequent Traveler Service Charge of $.75 day. This Service Charge is collected by Alamo in order to offset a portion of the administrative and program costs arising from our participation in the frequent traveler partner programs. Pre-Pay & Save 10%: Pre-Pay cannot be used on an existing reservation. Pre-Pay is not available on all rate plans or special offers. Alamo Insiders: In general, Insiders members are guaranteed at least a 10% discount on our retail rates. When a promotional rate is available that surpasses 10% off the retail rates, you will automatically receive the best available rate and will not see a percentage discount.
