Make your reservation 24 hours ahead of time. Rates shown apply only to the time and unlimited mileage charges. And, obviously, you have to meet standard rental qualifications. You might have to pay extra if you are a driver under the age of 25, you cancel or return your rental early or you add days to your rental. Some other things that might cost you extra include taxes, government charges of up to 23%, recoupment fees of up to $2 per day or 6% per rental, airport fees of up to $7 per day or $19 per rental, refueling, additional driver fees, one-way rental charges, and optional items (e.g., CDW Waiver Savers® up to $30 per day). Remember to check your insurance policy and/or credit card for rental vehicle coverage. Don't forget, availability is limited. These offers may change without notice and, unfortunately, blackout dates may apply. Offers are void where prohibited. Weekly rate requires a five-day minimum rental with a 28-day maximum or daily rate applies. Weekend rates require a pickup between 9:00 AM Thursday and 11:59 PM Saturday, and a Saturday night. Vehicle must be returned by pickup time on Monday or higher daily rates apply.

Last Minute Specials: Offer valid for reservations made by July 11, 2011, and picked up by July 19, 2011. One-hour advance reservation required. Not valid for one-way rentals. Maximum rental period is 14 days. Offer may not be combined with any other specials, rates or discounts.
Free Upgrade: Offer is subject to standard rental conditions. Blackout dates may apply. 24-hour advance reservation required. Not valid with any other discount or promotional rate. Void where prohibited. Subject to availability and valid only at participating US and Canadian locations.
Global Entry: US citizens, US nationals, US Lawful Permanent Residents and citizens of certain other countries may apply for Global Entry if they meet the minimum age requirements. All applicants will undergo a rigorous background check and interview by a CBP officer before enrollment. Enrollment is not guaranteed, and a nonrefundable application fee will apply. This is a program offered by US Customs and Border Protection — Alamo Rent A Car has no bearing on the decision by US Customs and Border Protection to approve or deny applications. Alamo Rent A Car does not have access to any of the information provided to US Customs and Border Protection in the Global Entry application.
$10 OFF in the Caribbean: To save $10 off your daily rate, simply rent any car for at least three days and get behind the wheel before September 30, 2011.
